6bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 6bet will not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or bet settlement, 6bet reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the claim. 6bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support using the details provided on this page. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance that is not subject to investigation will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. 6bet's decision regarding account suspension or closure is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
